Old Sturbridge Village

Although just a day trip, we had a wonderful time visiting Old Sturbridge Village. First we met at Cedar Street Grille for brunch. The food, which we liked in the past, was not  amazing. The French toast came out cold and when we asked the waitress to bring out Elijah‘s meal as soon as it was ready, she gave us a bit of a hard time.

OSV was great fun though, especially because we got to see maple syrup production, including the tapped trees! This was very cool but hard to plan for. It only happens around March when the days are warm and the nights are cold. We got lucky!

We visited most of the other houses/exhibits and they were also great. We highly recommend this as a fun Sunday outing!
